who is it addressed to?
It is common that at the end of a professional study path a young dancer is unable to immediately find the right job opportunity to start his or her career. Periods of inactivity often follow which risk further complicating the search for the first job. VIVO FLYOUT was created to provide young dancers with the opportunity to maintain and enhance their form and at the same time direct them into the complicated world of auditions.
Creation of your
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
The first step to join a company or participate in an audition is to send a presentation that includes a curriculum vitae, photos and a video.
The quality of this material is of fundamental importance and opportunities are often lost because it is underestimated. With the FLYOUT, each participant will be followed by a team of experts for the creation of the contents necessary for the correct approach to the auditioning path carried out in parallel.
PLACEMENTS
for European companies
One of the main objectives of the program is to achieve a "placement" in a European company in partnership with VIVO CENTER. The placement, of varying duration, will involve the active involvement of the participant in the activities of the host company, which may offer the participant an employment contract at the end of the placement.

TRANSITION COMPANY
In parallel with the training and tutoring activity, the VIVO Junior Company was set up to give participants the opportunity to experience company life through various performances to be staged during the training period.
For each of the three cycles of the flyout, a show will be staged with the productions made during the programme. Participants in the intensive workshops will also take part in the final show with a refund. All the best creations will be proposed at festivals and shows with the aim of bringing the stage to life with maximum frequency.
